ITEM EXPLANATION: The City finds it necessary to assure the property owners, two families of Marrons Lot 9 and 10 of Map 11 973 access to their properties. The two Marron families tl far have taken access across the Sakaria property which adjoins them to the sol The Wesco Development, CT 88-02, adjoins the Marrons on the east. Should Sakaria property stop access and the Wesco Homeowners Association obstruct Marrons due to its control of the open space right of way within CT 88-02, thl easements will provide access. The acceptance of the General Utility and Access Easement and Construci easements from Wesco will provide for the orderly development of the properties FISCAL IMPACT: There will be no costs to the City. That the above recitations are true and correct. That the Grant Deed from Wesco Development dated October 22, conveying an easement for dedication of general utility and access easement and constri easement over a portion of Doreet Way to the City of Carlsbad which is on file with thr Clerk and is incorporated herein by reference, is accepted. 3.
