That the City Council, by motion, authorize a closed session
regarding pending litigation as follows:
I move that the City Council hold a closed
session to discuss Kel-Cal, et al. v. Citv of
Carlsbad, Case No. N49825, pursuant to
Government code Section 54956.9(a).
