ITEM EXPLANATION: Carlsbad Tract 81 -1 9, Mar Y Montanas, provided public right-of-way that eliminz need for an existing 15 foot waterline easement that ran over a portion of Lots 1 17, and 19. The portion of the waterline easement that crosses Lot 1 ha quitclaimed to the owners of Lot 1, Mar Pointe. However the portion of the M easement that crosses Lots 15, 16, 17 and 19 was never quitclaimed.
