TITLE:
Adopt Resolution No. '1 1 -26 accepting Tyler Street Alley Improvements as conl
directing the City Clerk to record a Notice of Completion and release bonds in accort
with State Law and City Ordinances.
ITEM EXPLANATION:
Frank and Son Paving, Inc. completed construction of street improvements on the
Street Alley on November 19, 1990. City forces have inspected the improvement
found them to be satisfactory. Staff recommends formal acceptance by City Counci

A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
CARLSBAID, ACCEPTING THE CONSTRUCTION OF TYLER
STREET ALLEY IMPROVEMENTS PROJECT NO. 3738, AS
COMPLETE
WHEREAS, the construction of Tyler Street Alley Improvements, Project No. 3:
been satisfactorily completed; and
WHEREAS, the formal project Notice of Completion has been prepared; and
WHEREAS, all projects costs have been established.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of C:
California, as follows:

That the above recitations are bue and correct.
That the construction of Tyler Street Alley Improvements, specifically id1
as Project No. 3738 is deemed complete and hereby accepted.
3. That the City Clerk of the City of Carlsbad, California, is hereby authoi
