A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CARLSBAD,
CALIFORNIA, ACCEPTING A DONATION OF THREE THOUSAND, TWO
HUNDRED AND S IXW-NINF DOLIA RS.
WHEREAS, Daniels Cablevision Inc. donated three thousand, two hundred and sixty-
nine dollars for the City of Carlsbad Drug Abuse Resistance Education (DARE) Program.
WHEREAS, the City Council wishes to accept this donation;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Carlsbad,
California, as follows:
1. That the City Council accept the donation of three thousand, two hundred and
sixty-nine dollars on behalf of the citizens of the City of Carlsbad.
Special PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED at dwt8f meeting of the Carlsbad City
Coundlheldonthe 29th dayof January ,1991, by the following
vote to wit:
