Accept improvements, authorize the City Clerk to record the Notice of Completion, release bo
in accordance with State Laws and City Ordinances, and direct the Utilities and Maintena
Department to commence maintaining the public street and sewer improvements constructe
Aston Avenue and College Boulevard.
ITEM EXPLANATION:
The Developer has constructed the improvements required of this project. The City Enginet
requesting that City Council accept the public improvements itemized in Exhibit 3. City for
have inspected the public improvements and found them to be satisfactory.
FISCAL IMPACT:
The Utilities and Maintenance Department will be required to maintain the public street and se
improvements. The value of the improvements is estimated at $1,845,904.
