I 1 FINAL MAP CARLSBAD TRACT NO. 89-17 UNICCRNIO PATIO HOMES RECOMMENDED ACTION: Adopt Resolution No. @I i - Tc2- approving the final map of Carlsbad Tract No. 89-17, Unicornio Patio Homes. ITEM EXPLANATION: Engineering staff has completed checking the final map of Carlsbad Tract 89-17, an eight Unit Planned Development subdivision located at the northwest corner of Unicornio Street and Cacatua Street. The map is in compliance with the Subdivision Map Act and the Carlsbad Municipal Code and conforms substantially with the conditions of approval and the tentative map as approved by the Planning Commission on January 3, 1990, per Resolution No. 2955. This map has been found to be consistent with the Growth Management Ordinance and the requirements of the Local Facilities Management Plan for Zone 8. For a more complete analysis of the public facilities impact for this project, see the attached Local Facilities Impact Assessment Form. FISCAL IMPACT: This project will generate the following fees: 1. Park-in-lieu Fees 5,240 2. Traffic Impact Fees 5,360 3. Bridge and Thorough Fare Fees 4,240 4. Facility Management Fee 2,480 $17,320 The exact amount of public facility fees are unknown until the applicant submits an application for Building Permits. Likewise, the drainage areas fees are also unknown and will be assessed at the time the City adopts a drainage fee schedule. No public improvements will be constructed with this project as all the necessary improvements are existing. Ft. 1,760 GPD .059 Acres Meets Growth Management Standards Meets Growth Management Standards 2 Meets Growth Management Standards Elementary 3 Junior High 1 High 2 8 EDU’s LCWD 4,400 GPD 1 2 3 4 5 6 7 8 9 10 11 12 13 14 15 16 17 18 19 20 21 22 23 24 25 26 27 28 RESOLUTION NO. 91-72 A RESOLUTION OF THE CR-Y COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, APPROVING A FINAL MAP FOR CARLSBAD TRACT 89-17 UNICORN10 PATIO HOMES WHEREAS, Kent Forgeon has submitted a final map to the City of Carlsbad for approval and; WHEREAS, the Tentative Map of Carlsbad Tract 89-l 7 was conditionally approved by the Planning Commission on January 3, 1990 pursuant to Resolution Number 2955; and WHEREAS, the conditions of approval for said final map have been completed and/or secured and; WHEREAS, the City Engineer has determined that said final map substantially conforms with the approved tentative map as conditioned; and WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Carlsbad determined it to be in the public interest to approve said Final Map; NOW, THEREFORE, BE lT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Carlsbad, California, as follows: 1. That the above recitations are true and correct. 2. That said Final Map known as Carlsbad Tract 89-17, Unicornio Patio Homes from Ken Forgeon which is on file with the City Engineer and is incorporated herein by reference, is accepted. 3. There are no offers of dedication. 4. That the City Clerk is authorited to sign the Certificate of Acceptance on the Final Map. 5. That the City Clerk is authorized to cause the original Final Map to be recorded in the Office of the County Recorder of San Diego County, State of California. 6. That the City Clerk is authorized to release the map to First American Title insurance Company for recording in the office of the County Recorder PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the Carlsbad City Council held on the 5th day of March, 1990 by the following vote, to wit: AYES: CouNxiAa%mbers Lewis, Kulchin, Larson, Stanton and NOES: None ABSENT: None AllEST: ALETHA L.
