Adopt Resolution No. 4 I - 3 5 approving the Final Map of Carlsbad Tract NI
Casa Loma Condominiums.
ITEM EXPLANATION:
Engineering staff has completed checking the final map of Carlsbad Tract 84-4
unit subdivision located on Luciernaga Street for conformance with the Subdivi
Act and the Carlsbad Municipal Code. The final map conforms substantially
conditions of approval and the tentative map as approved by the City Council c
19, 1986, per City Council Resolution No. 8778 and the conditions of appro\
extension of time for the tentative map on November 13,1990 per City Council Rc
This project is located in the southeast quadrant of the City. The project has be
to be in conformance with the requirements of the Local Facilities Managemeni
Zone 6.
At the time of project approval the Growth Management Program was in
formation stage. The Hillside Development and revised Planned Development or(
had not been adopted. Council approved the project with the knowledge that th

A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CARLSBA
CALIFORNIA, APPROVING A FINAL MAP FOR CARLSBAD TRACT (
84-43 CASA LOMA CONDOMINIUMS
WHEREAS, K & K Development have submitted a final map to the City 01
for approval and;
WHEREAS, the Tentative Map with conditions, was approved by the Ci
on August 19, 1986 pursuant to Resolution Number 8778 and the Tent;
extension with conditions approved by the City Council on November 13, 199C
to Resolution Number 90-400; and
WHEREAS, the City Engineer has determined that said map substantial11
to said conditionally approved tentative map
WHEREAS, the conditions of approval for said final map have been COI
secured and;
WHEREAS, the City Engineer has determined that said final map SL
conforms with the approved tentative map as conditioned; and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Carlsbad determined it tc
public interest to approve said Final Map;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City o'
