A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CARLSBAD,
CALIFORNIA, ACCEPTING A DONATION OF SEVEN HUNDRED NINETY-
FOUR D0U-A RS AND SIXTY-FIVE CENTS.
WHEREAS, California DARE Association donated seven hundred and ninety-
four dollars and sixty-five cents for the Crty of Carlsbad Drug Abuse Resistance
Education (DARE) Program.
WHEREAS, the City Council wishes to accept this donation;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Carlsbad,
California, as follows:
1. That the City Council accept the donation of seven hundred ninety-four dollars
and sixty-five cents on behalf of the citizens of the City of Carlsbad.
PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the Carlsbad City
CouncilheUonthe 26th dayof March ,1991,bythefollowing
vote to wit:
AYES: Council Members Lewis, Larson, Nygaard and Stanton
NOES: None
ABSENT: Council Member Kulchin
