The 15 week construction time frame would establish July 5, 1991 as the completion date for our portion of the project. With the information available at this time, I would recommend May 10, 1991 as the customer-ready date. This is also the date at which time all traffic signals should be converted and street lights installed and ready to receive service. Please call Denise Richards of Pacific Bell at 586-3812 to confirm the date she will be ready to remove the overhead poles. That date should be established as the pole removal date. The final estimated cost for our portion of the project is $71 8,684. Please update your records. We will file a complete report on the project when the work is finished.
