A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, ACCEPTING A GIFT OF
A TELESENSORY SYSTEM CCTV VIDEO MAGNIFIER
FOR THE LIBRARY.
WHEREAS, Mr. & Mrs. Frederick Swan wish to present a telesensory system
CCTV video magnifier to the Carlsbad City Library for use by patrons of the librq
who are visually handicapped; and
WHEREAS, the City Council wishes to accept this gift to the Carlsbad City
Library;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
Carlsbad, California, as follows:

That the above recitations are true and correct.
That the City Council accepts the donation of a telesensory system
CCTV video magnifier on behalf of all citizens of the City of Carlsbad.
PASSED, APPROVED, AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the City
day of April Council of the City of Carlsbad, California, held on the 23rd
1991, by the following vote, to wit:
