RECOMMENDED ACTION:
That the City Council, by motion, authorize a closed session
regarding pending litigation as follows:
I move that the City Council hold a closed
session to discuss City of Carlsbad v. SDG&E,
Case No. A90-12-064 pursuant to Government
code Section 54956.9(a).
