RECOMMENDED ACTION:
That the City Council, by motion, authorize a closed session regarding pending litigation as follows:
I move that the City Council hold a closed
session to discuss Pierce v. City of
Carlsbad, et al., Case No. N49912, pursuant
to Government code Section 54956.9(a).
