Dear Ms. Beardsley:
Congratulations! On behalf of Target Stores, I am pleased to advise the City of
Carlsbad - Arts Office that a grant has been approved in the amount of $2,500
for patid LiixkrwitiDg for a Mzke*A*Circus performance. This grant is made
possible through the support of our Store Managers, John Osborne and Marty
Brinkman; our District Manager, Mike Turner; and all our employees and
customers in your area.
The decrease in the amount of our grant is due to a reduction in our
contributions budget this year.
John Osborne will contact you in the weeks ahead to arrange a convenient date
for a check presentation. Please consider him as your primary contact person at
Target.
At the conclusion of the program, we would appreciate a written report
summarizing the performance and documenting the use of these grant funds.
Please forward a copy to your Target contact, and send a copy to me at the
address above.
We would appreciate your listing Tarnet Stores in any publications showing
contributors to your organization. A current fact sheet is enclosed for your
information. If I can help further, feel free to call me at (612) 370-8219.
Target Stores is pleased to continue our support of the City of Carlsbad - Arts
Office. Best wishes for success.
