CITY PROCUREMENT POLICY
Direct staff to develop a City procurement policy regarding recycled materials.

Council Member Nygaard has requested this item be placed on the agenda for discus:
by the City Council. The policy will provide guidelines for the use and purchasc
recycled products.

Currently some recycled products are more expensive than "new" products. The co

CITY PROCUREMENT POLICY
I am interested in having Council adopt a policy that addresses the uses and purcha:
recycled products. The policy would encompass the following:
1. Purchase of recycled products for use in City facilities and operat
whenever possible. (Draft policy has been completed by City st
