On May 7, 1991 the Council approved the Site Development Plan the Price Club project with the addition of several conditic
Revised building elevations were required by the follow condition imposed by the Council:
The architecture for the Price Club shall be enhanced so as to contain building treatments and/or materials representative of high end non- residential structures located in the Palomar Airport Road Corridor. Revised plans for the
building elevations shall be approved by the City Council prior to the issuance of building permits.
The Planning Department Staff has worked with representatives

A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA APPROVING REVISED
BUILDING ELEVATIONS FOR A SITE DEVELOPMENT PLAN
TO CONSTRUCT A PRICE CLUB DISCOUNT STORE APPROXIMATELY 23.6 ACRES OF PROPERTY GENER LOCATED ON THE SOUTH SIDE OF PALOMAR AIRPORT ROAD EAST OF PASEO DEL NORTE CASE NAME: PRICE CLUB CASE NO.: SDP 90-5
WHEREAS, on May 7, 1991 the City Council approved a
Development Plan (SDP 90-5) for the Price Club project tc
located on 23.6 acres of property generally located soutl
Palomar Airport Road and east of Paseo Del Norte: and
WHEREAS, condition number 2 contained in the Plan,
Director's Memorandum of May 10, 1991, attached as Exhibit Ill3
City Council Resolution No. 91-153 requires the approval
revised plans for the building elevations by the City Council;
WHEREAS, the elevations have now been revised to co
with that condition of approval: and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Carlsbad
July 2, 1991 considered the revised elevations,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Counci
