RECOMMENDED ACTION:
Adopt Resolution No. '3j-4-eo accepting bids and awarding a contract for construction of Holly Brae Sewer Line, Project No. 3309.
ITEM EXPLANATION:
On July 2, 1991, the City Council authorized the advertisement of bids for construction of Holly Brae Sewer Line. On August 12, 1991, five (5) sealed were received as follows:

References have been verified on the low bidder and staff recommends the awai the contract for the construction of Holly Brae Sewer Line with jacking a pol of pipe (Alternate 11) in the amount of $135,909 to GRBAVAC Construction.
FISCAL IMPACT:
Sufficient funds in the amount of $225,000 were appropriated from the 1 Enterprise Fund and are available in Account No. 512-840-1850-3309.
The final construction costs will be equitably shared among the nineteen parcels on Holly Brae and Alder. The property owners will reimburse the Cit. their share of total construction costs as they hook up to the sewer line. A1 sewer hookups within three (3) years from the construction completion date wi at construction cost. All hookups after the three (3) year grace period additionally be charged for interests at the Sewer Enterprise Fund rate.

A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CARLSBAD,
CALIFORNIA, ACCEPTING BIDS, AND AWARDING A CONTRACT FOR THE i CONSTRUCTION OF HOLLY BRAE SEWER LINE. PROJECT NO. 3309
