RECOMMENDED ACTION:
Adopt Resolution No.cji ja accepting the James Drive Storm Drain Improvements as comp
and directing the City Clerk to record a Notice of Completion and release bonds in accorda
with State Law and City Ordinances.
ITEM EXPLANATION:
Hubbard Construction Company completed construction of the James Drive Storm Drain
7/11 /91. City forces have inspected said improvements and found them to be satisfactory. 5
recommends formal acceptance by City Council.

A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA ACCEPTING CONSTRUCTION
OF THE STO'RM DRAIN IMPROVEMENTS ON JAMES
DRIVE, PROJECT NO. 3224, AS COMPLETE
WHEREAS, the construction of the James Drive Storm Drain, Project No. 3224, h:
satisfactorily completed; and
WHEREAS, the formal project Notice of Completion has been prepared; and
WHEREAS, all project costs have been established to date.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of C;
California, as follows:
1. That the above recitations are true and correct.
