RECOMMENDED ACTION:
Adopt Resolution No.61’ as?? accepting the Agua Hedionda Lagoon Pump Station as comp
and directing the City Clerk to record a Notice of Completion and release bonds in accordal
with State Law and City Ordinances.
ITEM EXPLANATION:
The Industrial Company, Incorporated, completed construction of Pump Station Improvemc
at Agua Hedionda Lagoon. City forces have inspected said improvements and found then
be satisfactory. Staff recommends formal acceptance by City Council.

CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA ACCEPTING CONSTRUCTION
OF THE AGUA HEDIONDA LAGOON PUMP STATION,
PROJECT NO. 3303, AS COMPLETE

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of C 9
WHEREAS, all project costs have been established to date.

as Project No. 3303, is deemed complete and hereby accepted.

the Notice of Completion and have same recorded.
4. That the Financial Management Director is hereby authorized to close thc
accounts upon payment of all final claims and costs.
PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the Carlsbad City
