Adopt Ordinance No. NS-180, approving an amendment to Title 21 of the Carlsl
Municipal Code for the purposes of (1) the revision and addition of zoning definitic
(2) the establishment of building height reductions in certain zones, (3)
establishment of building height increases in certain industrial and commercial zor
and (4) clarification of the building height limit within the beach area overlay zon
ITEM EXPLANATION
Ordinance No. NS-180 was introduced and first read at a regular City Council meet
