Cannon Road is classified as a major arterial on the City of Carlsbad Circulation El

AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CARLS
CALIFORNIA, AMENDING TITLE 10, CHAPTER 10.44 OF THE CARL!
MUNICIPAL CODE BY THE ADDITION OF SECTION 10.44.380 TO ESTABLI
PRIMA FACIE 35 MILE PER HOUR SPEED LIMIT UPON CANNON ROAD F
CARLSBAD BOULEVARD TO CAR COUNTRY DRIVE.
The City Council of the City of Carlsbad, California hereby ordains as follows
SECTION 1 : That Title 10, Chapter 10.44 of the Carlsbad Municipal Code is ar
by the addition of Section 10.44.380 to read as follows:
"1 0.44.380 Cannon Road:
Upon Cannon Road from Carlsbad Boulevard to its intersection
with Car Country Drive the prima facie speed limit shall be thirty-five miles per hour."
EFFECTIVE DATE: This ordinance shall be effective thirty days after its adopti
