Cannon Road has not been bu full major arterial width except in several short segments. Ultimately, the road constructed with four traffic lanes, bicycle lanes, a raised median and sidewalks. NS-187 AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CARLS CALIFORNIA, AMENDING TITLE 10, CHAPTER 10.44 OF THE CARL! MUNICIPAL CODE BY THE ADDITION OF SECTION 10.44.380 TO ESTABLI PRIMA FACIE 35 MILE PER HOUR SPEED LIMIT UPON CANNON ROAD F CARLSBAD BOULEVARD TO CAR COUNTRY DRIVE. The City Council of the City of Carlsbad, California hereby ordains as follows SECTION 1 : That Title 10, Chapter 10.44 of the Carlsbad Municipal Code is ar by the addition of Section 10.44.380 to read as follows: "1 0.44.380 Cannon Road: Upon Cannon Road from Carlsbad Boulevard to its intersection with Car Country Drive the prima facie speed limit shall be thirty-five miles per hour." EFFECTIVE DATE: This ordinance shall be effective thirty days after its adopti the City Clerk, City of Carlsbad shall certify to the adoption of this ordinance anc it to be published at least once in the Carlsbad Journal within fifteen (15) days < adoption.
