CLOSED SESSION PENDING LITIGATION

RECOMMENDED ACTION:
That the City Council, by motion, authorize a closed session
regarding pending litigation as follows:
I move that the City Council hold a closed
session to discuss all of the City's pending
trash litigation cases pursuant to Government
Code Sections 54956.9(a) and 54956.9(c).
