RESOLUTION NO. 91-364
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
AUTHORIZING THE EXECUTION OF CONTRACT NO.
U/M 92-2 FOR THE 1991-92 STREETS OVERLAY
PROGRAM
OF CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, ACCEPTING BIDS AND
WHEREAS, bids have been received by the City
Carlsbad, California, for the 1991-92 Streets Overlay Progra
WHEREAS, the lowest responsive bid received for
project was submitted by the Sim J. Harris Company in the amo
of $284,855.00; and
/
WHEREAS, funds are available in account number 001-8
5110-2412 for the project.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council
the City of Carlsbad, California, as follows:
1. The above recitations are true and correct.
2. The bid of $284,855.00 by the Sim J. Harris Company
the 1991-92 Streets Overlay Program, Contract No. U/M 92-2,
hereby accepted and the Mayor and the City Clerk are hei
authorized to execute a contract therefore.
