RECOMMENDED ACTION:
Accept improvements, authorize the City Clerk to record the Notice of Completion, releas in accordance with State Laws and City Ordinances, and direct the Utilities and Mair
Department to commence maintaining the public street, sewer, and storm drain impro
constructed at Levante Street and El Camino Real.
ITEM EXPLANATION:
The Developer has constructed the improvements required of this project. The City En!
requesting that City Council accept the public improvements itemized in Exhibit 3. Cit have inspected the public improvements and found them to be satisfactory.
FISCAL IMPACT:
The Utilities and Maintenance Department will be required to maintain the public streel
and storm drain improvements at an estimated annual cost of $770.00.
The value of the improvements is estimated at $1 24,691 .OO.
