RESOLUTION NO. 9 1 - 3 6 8
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, ACCEPTING A
THE HERRICK COMMUNITY FUND IN SUPPORT OF
THE ANNUAL HALLOWEEN CARNIVAL.
FIFTEEN-HUNDRED DOLLAR. DONATION FROM
WHEREAS, the Herrick Community Fund which represents Capital Bank
of Carlsbad, Raintree Grill, and Inns of America has donated fifteen-hundred
($1500) dollars to the City of Carlsbad in support of the Annual Halloween
Carnival, and /
WHEREAS, the Parks and Recreation Commission has received this
donation and recommends acceptance by the City Council, and
WHEREAS, the City Council acknowledges the generosity of the Herrick
Community Fund and wishes to accept this donation in support of the Annual
Halloween Carnival,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED by the City Council of thl
City of Carlsbad as follows:
1. That the City Council accepts the donation of fifteen-hundred
($1500) dollars in support of the Annual Halloween Carnival, and

#880-519-92-18-0000.
PASSED, APPROVED, AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the City
Council of Carlsbad on the ghof November
