REGOM M EN DED ACTION:
Adopt Ordinance No. NS-184, approving Specific Plan 208, establishing develop
standards on property generally located on the northwest corner of La Costa Avenuc
Levante Street; and
Adopt Ordinance No. NS-185, granting a zone change (ZC 90-5) from RD-M to RD
on property generally located on the northwest corner of La Costa Avenue and Le1
Street; and
Adopt Ordinance No. NS-186, allowing the decision making body to impose sp
conditions or requirements when reviewing discretionary permits on lots in the R
zone that adjoin R-1 zoned properties.
ITEM EXPLANATION
Ordinance Nos. NS-184, NS-185, and NS-186 were introduced and first read at a rei
City Council meeting on November 5, 1991. The second reading allows Counc
adopt the ordinances which would then become effective in thirty days. The City (
will have the ordinances published in the “Carlsbad Journal” within fifteen daj
adopted.

CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, APPROVING SPECIFIC PLAN 208
ESTABLISHING DEVELOPMENT STANDARDS ON PROPERTY
GENERALLY LOCATED ON THE NORTHWEST CORNER OF LA
COSTA AVENUE AND LEVANTE STREET.

CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, AMENDING TITLE 21 OF THE
CARLSBAD MUNICIPAL CODE BY AN AMENDMENT TO THE
ZONING MAP TO GRANT A ZONE CHANGE, FROM RD-M TO
