RECOMMENDED ACTION:
Accept improvements, authorize the City Clerk to record the Notice of Completion, release I
in accordance with State Laws and City Ordinances, and direct the Utilities and Mainter
Department to commence maintaining the public street, sewer, and storm drain improve
constructed at Camino Vida Roble between Palomar Airport Road and Palomar Oaks M
ITEM EXPLANATION:
The Developer has constructed the improvements required of this project. The City Engir
requesting that City Council accept the public improvements itemized in Exhibit 3. City
have inspected the public improvements and found them to be satisfactory.
FISCAL IMPACT:
The Utilities and Maintenance Department will be required to maintain the public street, s
and storm drain improvements at an estimated annual cost of $21,064.00.
The value of the improvements is estimated at $1,916,849.00.
