RECOMMENDED ACTION:
Accept improvements, authorize the City Clerk to record the Notice of Completion, release bo
in accordance with State Laws and City Ordinances, and direct the Utilities and Maintena Department to commence maintaining the public street and storm drain improvemc
constructed at Altisma Way and Caringa Way.
ITEM EXPLANATION:
The Developer has constructed the improvements required of this project. The City Enginel
requesting that City Council accept the public improvements itemized in Exhibit 3. City foi
have inspected the public improvements and found them to be satisfactory.
FISCAL IMPACT:
The Utilities and Maintenance Department will be required to maintain the public street and s
drain improvements at an estimated annual cost of $31 2.00.
The value of the improvements is estimated at $29,990.00.
