RESOLUTION NO. 92-24
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, APPROVING AN ADDITIONAL PURCHASE
ORDER INCREASE AND CHANGE ORDER AUTHORIZATION FOR THE
CITY MANAGER FOR THE OCEAN STREET SCULPTURE PARK, PROJECT NO. 3346
WHEREAS, construction of improvements on the Ocean Street Sculpture I
Project No. 3346, has necessitated an increase in authorization of the
Manager to approve purchase order increases in excess of the current cumul,
limit of $75,000; and
WHEREAS, funds in the amount of $60,211.13 are available from the oric
contingency monies of $122,590.00.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Carl
California, as follows:
1. That the above recitations are true and correct.
2. That the City Manager’s authorization to approve change ordei
excess of $75,000.00 to a limit of the original contingency amount of $122,5
for the project known as Ocean Street Sculpture Park, Project No. 3341
approved.

hereby authorized to process purchase order increases authorized by the
Manager to a limit of $122,590.00 for Project No. 3346.
