Palomar Oaks Way, Project No. 3345 as complete and directing the City Clerk to record a Nc
of Completion and release bonds in accordance with State Law and City Ordinances.

Knox Electric, Incorporated completed the traffic signal installation at Palomar Airport Road
Palomar Oaks Way on December 21, 1991, City forces have inspected said improvements
found them to be satisfactory. Staff recommends formal acceptance by City Council.

RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CARLSBAD,
CALIFORNIA ACCEPTING THE TRAFFIC SIGNAL AT PALOMAR
AIRPORT ROAD AND PALOMAR OAKS WAY, PROJECT NO. 3345,
AS COMPLETE
WHEREAS, construction of the traffic signal at Palomar Airport Road and
Oaks Way, Project No. 3345, has been satisfactorily completed; and
WHEREAS, the formal project Notice of Completion has been prepared; a
WHEREAS, all project costs have been established to date.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of (
California, as follows:
1. That the above recitations are true and correct.
2, That construction of the traffic signal at Palomar Airport Road and
Oaks Way, specifically identified as Project No. 3345, is deemed complete and hereby E
