RECOMMENDED ACTION:
Adopt Resolution No. 72-3 c' accepting the street light installation on Carlsbad Boulevl
Cannon Road, Tierra Del Oro, and Shore Drive, Project No. 3367 as complete and directing
City Clerk to record a Notice of Completion and release bonds in accordance with State Law
City Ordinances.
ITEM EXPLANATION:
Mac0 Services, Incorporated completed the street light installation on Carlsbad Boule\
Cannon Road, Tierra Del Oro, and Shore Drive on November 26, 1991. City forces t
inspected said improvements and found them to be satisfactory. Staff recommends fo
acceptance by City Council.

RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CARLSBAD,
CALIFORNIA ACCEPTING THE STREET LIGHTS ON CARLSBAD
BOULEVARD, CANNON ROAD, TIERRA DEL ORO, AND SHORE DRIVE,
PROJECT NO. 3367
WHEREAS, construction of the street lights on Carlsbad Boulevard, Car
Tierra Del Oro, and Shore Drive, Project No. 3367, has been satisfactorily complete(
WHEREAS, the formal project Notice of Completion has been prepared,
WHEREAS, all project costs have been established to date.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City o
California, as follows:

That the above recitations are true and correct.
That construction of the street lights on Carlsbad Boulevard, Car
Tierra Del Oro, and Shore Drive, specifically identified as Project No. 3367, is deemec
