RECOMMENDED ACTION:
NO PARKING ZONE ON CAMINO VIDA ROBLE
Adopt Ordinance No. NS-190, establishing a No Parking Anytime Zone on Camino Vid
Roble from Palomar Airport Road to El Camino Real.
ITEM EXPLANATION
Ordinance No. NS-190 was introduced and first read at a regular City Council meetin
on January 21,1992. The second reading allows Council to adopt the ordinance whic
would then become effective in thirty days. The City Clerk will have the ordinanc
published in the "Carlsbad Journal" within fifteen days, if adopted.

AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CARLSBAD,
CALIFORNIA, AMENDING TITLE 10, CHAPTER 10.40 OF THE CARLSBAD
MUNICIPAL CODE BY THE ADDITION OF SECTION 10.40.081 TO DECLARE
A "NO PARKING ANMIME" ZONE ON BOTH SIDES OF CAMINO VlDA ROBLE
FROM PALOMAR AIRPORT ROAD TO EL CAMINO REAL.
The City Council of the City of Carlsbad, California, hereby ordains as follows:
SECTION 1 : That Title 10, Chapter 10.40 of the Carlsbad Municipal Code is am
by the addition of Section 10.40.081 to read as follows:
"1 0.40.081. Parking Restricted on Camino Vida Roble. There will be no
parking on both sides of Camino Vida Roble from Palomar Airport Road
to El Camino Real."
EFFECTIVE DATE: This ordinance shall be effective thirty days after its adoptic
