REGULATION OF BB AND PELLET GUNS
Adopt Ordinance No. NS-194, regulating the discharge of BB and Pellet Guns within th
City of Carlsbad.
ITEM EXPLANATION
Ordinance No. NS-194 was introduced and first read at a regular City Council meetin
on March 17, 1992. The second reading allows Council to adopt the ordinance whic
would then become effective in thirty days. The City Clerk will have the ordinam
published in the "Carlsbad Journal" within fifteen days, if adopted.

AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA AMENDING TITLE 8, CHAPTER 8.16 OF THE CARLSBAD MUNICIPAL CODE BY
RESTRICTING THE DISCHARGE OF FIREARMS

ordain as follows:
SECTION I: That Title 8, Chapter 8.16 of the Cz
Municipal Code is amended by the amendment of Section 8.16<
read as follows:
