A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CIN OF
CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA ACCEPTING A PREVIOUSLY
REJECTED OFFER OF DEDICATION DESIGNATED AS A
PORTION OF AREA "A" ON MAP NO. 1241 1
WHEREAS, the City previously rejected on behalf of the public an offer of dc
over a portion of Lot 97 of Carlsbad Tract No. 85-35, and
WHEREAS, this offer may be accepted at any time by the City, and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Carlsbad now deems it to be in tt
interest to accept a portion of this offer of dedication.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of (
California, as follows:
1. That the above recitations are true and correct.
2, That the easterly 60 feet of previously rejected offer of dedication fra
