Adopt Ordinance No. NS-196, amending Title 21 of the Carlsbad Municipal COC
allow staff to initiate amendments without requiring a Resolution of Intention fron
Planning Commission or City Council.

Ordinance NO. NS-196 was introduced and first read at a regular City Council met
on April 14, 1992. The second reading allows Council to adopt the ordinance u
would then become effective in thirty days. The City Clerk will have the ordin;
published in the "Carlsbad Journal" within fifteen days, if adopted.
