A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CARLSBAD
CALIFORNIA, APPROVING QUITCLAIM OF ASTORM DRAIN EASEMENT OVER
A PORTION OF LOT H OF MAP 823
WHEREAS, the Price Company has submitted a request for quitclaim of a PC
a storm drain easement over a portion of Lot H of Parcel Map No. 823; and
WHEREAS, a replacement easement has been dedicated on said map in
location to accommodate the relocation of the public storm drain system across said
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Carlsbad has determined it to bl
