That the City Council, by motion, authorize a closed session give instructions to its negotiator prior to the purchase, sal exchange, or lease of real property. The real property is th known as the Lanikai Lane Mobile Home Park located at 6550 Pol:
Drive, Carlsbad, owned by Theodore Vallas, Jr. and subject to lease with South Shores Development Corporation.
I move that the City Council hold a closed session pursuant to Government code Section
54956.8.
