RECOMMENDED ACTION:
Adopt Resolution No, 92- llrl , appointing one member to the Carlsbad I Board.
ITEM EXPLANATION:
The term of Joe Eggleston expi res in June, 1992. Mr. Egg1 eston was 0' appointed to the Personnel Board to fill an unexpired term in April, 1991 served only one year.
Other members are: William Compas, Jere Kimbrell, Camille Mitkevich, Newman.
