ITEM EXPLANATION: At the request of the City, San Diego Gas and Electric has executed a grant that will allow the City and the City’s contractors to construct slopes on SDG8 along the easterly side of El Camino Real just north of the Carlsbad Mur District’s property. The slope and construction easement will allow the City to Camino Real to its full width along SDG&E’s frontage. FISCAL IMPACT: The grant of easement is provided by SDG&E at no cost to the City.
