LK RECOMMENDED ACTION: Adopt Resolution Nos. 93-172- , 9%-/53 , and 93-19q appointii members to the Child Care Commission. ITRM EXPLANATION: The terms of Dennis Cutler, Mary Alice Isenhart, and Barbara Mead expire . 1992. Dennis Cutler and Barbara Mead were originally appointed to the Cor on July 25, 1989, and have served one term. Mary Alice Isenhart was or- appointed to the Commission on April 16, 1991, to fill a vacated term. Section 2.30.030 of the Carlsbad Municipal Code establishes term lengths years for members of the Child Care Commission. The Commission, however, tei in July, 1993, unless extended by the City Council. Therefore, terms of apy shall expire with either the termination of the Commission in July, 1993, or of 1996 if the life of the Commission is extended by the Council.
