That the City Council, by motion, authorize a closed session
regarding pending litigation as follows:
I move that the City Council hold a closed session to discuss City of Carlsbad v. County
of San Dieao, Case No. 641377 (booking fees) pursuant to Government Code Section
54956.9(a).
