TITLE:
CLOSED SESSION PENDING LITIGATION
RECOMMENDED ACTION:
That the City Council, by motion, authorize a closed session
regarding pending litigation as follows:
I move that the City Council hold a closed
session to discuss Cities of Escondido,
Oceanside, Carlsbad and Encinitas v. City of
San Marcos, Case No. N53913, pursuant to
Government code Section 54956.9(a).
