RECOMMENDED ACTION:
That the City Council, by motion, authorize a closed session to
discuss the initiation of litigation as follows:
I move that the City Council hold a closed session to discuss SAN MARCOS CUP FOR LANDFILL EXPANSION, pursuant to Government Code Section 54956.9(c).
