RECOMMENDED ACTION:
That the City Council, by motion, authorize a closed session to
discuss the possible initiation of litigation as follows:
I move that the City Council hold a closed
session to discuss the possible litigation
against GEORGE AWAD BUILDING PERMIT FOR
PROPERTY LOCATED AT 5480 CARLSBAD BOULEVARD pursuant to Government Code Section 54956.9(c).
