RECOMMENDED ACTION:
Accept improvements, authorize the City Clerk to record the Notice of Completion, rele(
in accordance with State Laws and City Ordinances, and direct the Utilities and Mi
Department to commence maintaining the public street improvements and Carlsbad
Water District to maintain the sewer improvements constructed at Sequoia Avenue anc
Boulevard.
tTEM EXPLANATION:
The Developer has constructed the improvements required of this project. The City I
requesting that City Council accept the public improvements itemized in Exhibit 3.
have inspected the public improvements and found them to be satisfactory.
FISCAL IMPACT:
The Utilities and Maintenance Department will be required to maintain the pi
improvements and Carlsbad Municipal Water District the sewer improvements, at a
annual cost of $641 .OO.
The value of the improvements is estimated at $1 5,552.00
