RECOMMENDED ACTION:
That the City Council, by motion, authorize a closed session
regarding pending litigation as follows:
I move that the City Council hold a closed
session to discuss Perrv, et al. v. Citv of
Carlsbad, et al., Case No. N54487 pursuant to
Government Code Section 54956.9(a).
