RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CARL!
CALIFORNIA ACCEPTING IMPROVEMENTS ON OAK, GRAr
CHESTNUT AVENUES AND MAXTON BROWN PARK, PROJECT
3731. 3732, 3739 AND 3356 AS COMPLETE
WHEREAS, construction of street and sidewalk improvements on Oak, Grand and C
Avenues and Maxton Brown Park, Project Nos. 3731, 3732, 3739 and 3356 has been satisi
completed: and
WHEREAS, the formal project Notice of Completion has been prepared; and
WHEREAS, all project costs have been established to date.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Carlsbad, Califo
follows:
