A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CARLSBAD,
CALIFORNIA, ACCEPTING A DONATION OF ONE THOUSAND AND
SFvF~-sFv~ DoI ' ARS AND FIFTY CENTS
WHEREAS, FIELDSTONE FOUNDATION donated one thousand and seventy-seven
dollars and fifty cents for the City of Carlsbad Drug Abuse Resistance Education (DARE)
Program.
WHEREAS, the City Council wishes to accept this donation;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Carlsbad,
California, as follows:
1. That the City Council accept the donation of one thousand and seventy-seven
dollars and fifty cents on behalf of the citizens of the citizens of the City of Carlsbad.
PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the Carlsbad City
Coundlheldonthe 8th day of DECEMBER ,1992, by the folbwing
vote to wit:
AYES: Council Members Lewis, Stanton, Nygaard, Finnila
NOES: None
ABSENT: Council Member Kulchin
