RECOMMENDED ACTION:
Accept improvements, authorize the City Clerk to record the Notice of Completion, release bo1 in accordance with State Laws and City Ordinances, and direct the Utilities and Maintena
Department to commence maintaining the public street and storm drain improvements and
Carlsbad Municipal Water District to maintain the public sewer and water improvemc
constructed at Park Drive and Whitey Drive.
ITEM EXPLANATION:
The Developer has constructed the improvements required of this project. The City Engine€
requesting that City Council accept the public improvements itemized in Exhibit 3. City for
have inspected the public improvements and found them to be satisfactory.
FISCAL IMPACT:
The Utilities and Maintenance Department will be required to maintain the public street and stc
drains improvements and Carlsbad Municipal Water District the public sewer and Wi
improvements, at an estimated annual cost of $I ,065.
The value of the improvements is estimated at $1 02,748
