RECOMMENDED ACTION:
Accept improvements, authorize the City Clerk to record the Notice of Completion, release bor
in accordance with State Laws and City Ordinances, and direct the Utilities and Maintenar
Department to commence maintaining the public street and storm drain improvements and
Carlsbad Municipal Water District to maintain the public sewer and water improveme constructed at Celinda Drive and Chestnut Avenue,

The Developer has constructed the improvements required of this project. The City Enginee
requesting that City Council accept the public improvements itemized in Exhibit 3 with
understanding that since the developer did not complete the remedial punch list work, dem
